Delivery options:
We can ship most orders the same day. We have over 40 distribution centers across the USA and Canada.
All orders need to be in by 4:30PM EST. Nine out of ten customers live in our next day delivery zones. What does this mean? Fast Delivery to your business! Special orders might take a little longer but we normally have most of our inventory available for overnight delivery in the USA. Overseas shipping is not available. There are no shipping charges if your items can be shipped via UPS.

Payment Options Open Account:
Net 30 days. Invoices will be mailed separately. Business accounts are subject to credit approval. Credit Card Payment: MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
Sales tax Charged in the following states:
CT and RI. If you are doing business with us and are tax exempt, please fax us a tax exempt form to (203) 318-0738.
Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Certified Business Systems purchase, email us at support@certifiedbusinesssystems.com, or call 203-318-1517, for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).
Products must be: Returned in the original packaging. Returned within 20 days. Returned via UPS or USPS with insurance at the customers expense.
All electronic devices (ie: fax machines, copiers, printers, adding machines) must be returned within 2 weeks from date of purchase.
All items returned to us will either be replaced or the cost refunded to you less a 25% restocking fee.
What Do I Need To Know About Shipping? Costs:
There are no shipping charges if your items can be shipped via UPS. Special Handling / Shipping costs will be emailed to you.
